Kareen is an experienced professional with a background in construction retail operations, inventory management, customer service, and digital marketing. She previously worked as a Senior Inventory Clerk in Trinidad and Tobago, where she managed stock for large-scale projects, conducted audits, and improved team efficiency. Additionally, Kareen has experience in content creation and social media management for a tech startup, where she developed skills in digital marketing and audience engagement.
Originally from Grenada, Kareen has relocated to Winnipeg, where she is currently pursuing an Advanced Business Management Post-Degree at the University of Winnipeg’s PACE Programme. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from The University of the West Indies and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the School of Practical Accounting. These academic credentials have strengthened her analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Kareen is passionate about delivering personalized customer service, believing that engaging and informed interactions build trust. Her experience in both retail and digital marketing provides her with valuable insights into improving customer experiences, both in-store and online.
In her free time, Kareen enjoys exploring the outdoors, from watching breathtaking sunsets to taking peaceful walks along nature trails, balancing personal growth with professional excellence.
Lori supports entrepreneurs and business owners by mentoring and coaching management staff and company owners focusing on process, communication, and leadership.
Lori's vast construction and business knowledge comes from successfully managing all operational roles in a construction company - office manager, project manager, operations manager and as general manager. Her strengths lie within the management of projects and understanding the importance of company structure by aligning strategy with people and culture.
Lori is retained by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA BC) as an instructor and course writer. The content of these courses is based on solid project management processes – including Project Management & Site Supervision and Project Management Essentials Suite of courses.
Demonstrating a high level of expertise in project management principles and practices, Lori has achieved the Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Utilizing her certification, Lori also contracts with the University of Winnipeg (PACE Program) facilitating Project Management Fundamentals courses as part of their business program.

Omar is a dedicated financial professional with over 10 years of experience in the banking and business sector, specializing in operations, business development, and customer relationship management. With 8 years specifically in banking, he has cultivated expertise across various domains, including retail and corporate banking, investment banking, and financial services management.
Previously, he excelled as a Senior Supervisor of Operations at First Bank of Abu Dhabi, where he managed client investments and streamlined processes to enhance customer experiences. His earlier role as a Branch Relationship Manager at Bank Audi further solidified his ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
Fluent in English and Arabic, Omar is proficient in a range of banking and business software, including Oracle Flex Cube and Salesforce. Currently, he is pursuing an Advanced Business Management Post-Grad Diploma at The University of Winnipeg, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development. Passionate about delivering exceptional financial solutions, Omar is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and achieving business objectives.
